I am Clinical Social Worker/Therapist, experienced in supporting couples with issues like communication styles, betrayal, serious or chronic illness, and those thinking of divorce. I have completed Levels 1 & 2 of Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy, and draw from these modalities when working with couples, or with individuals seeking change. For individuals living with anxiety, depression, or difficult life transitions such as Menopause, divorce, or feeling "stuck", my therapeutic approach can be matched to your learning style and needs, recognizing that therapy is a collaborative process.
I am also here for those who may be thinking, "I don't need therapy". These sessions can be the most enlightening, where powerful questions can encourage deeper understanding of self. Maybe it's about processing thoughts around new relationships or accountability when making change, clients tend to gain valuable insight from an unbiased sounding board.
