About
I am Clinical Social Worker/Therapist, passionate about supporting couples experiencing conflict, including issues like communication styles, betrayal, serious or chronic illness, consensual non-monogamy and non-heteronormative relationships. I have completed Levels 1&2 of Gottman Method Couples Therapy and draw from this modality in my work with couples. For individuals living with anxiety, depression or insomnia, I offer evidence-based treatments paired to your learning style and needs, recognizing that therapy is a collaborative process. Reduced rate for University and college students.
Much of my clinical work has been supporting those with serious illness and their families. When health-issues threaten families, everyone suffers and life is forever changed. I can help individuals and their support people cope with the stress and grief to live with a "new normal."
I understand change is difficult. I offer online/virtual therapy sessions from the comfort of your own home. Feel free to contact me to discuss your needs.
