I am passionate about supporting people who struggle with feelings of depression, anxiety, anger, overwhelm, worry, low self-esteem, grief and loss. It is important to me that I create a safe and supportive space for clients to explore the problems that are impacting their lives. I welcome adults and children, individuals, couples and families and I offer an engaging, warm and collaborative process where we work together as a team to tackle problems.
