I am a LGBTQIA+ therapist with extensive experience in frontline work and leadership roles.
I use DBT, IFS, and MI within a trauma-informed, intersectional, person-centred approach. My work is practical, reflective, and grounded, focusing on the real-world impacts of stress, moral injury, burnout, role loss or change, and high-pressure environments.
