My passion for working with youth and adults comes from my own journey of healing through grief, abandonment, shame, and disconnection. Having experienced what it feels like to silence my needs, lose myself in strategies of sacrifice, and struggle with feelings of unworthiness, I understand how painful it can be to feel unseen, unloved, or stuck in survival mode. Through learning to embrace vulnerability, self-acceptance, and authentic connection, I discovered that healing becomes possible when we feel safe enough to be truly seen and heard. This journey has inspired me to create space where others can rediscover their worth.
I am a heart centered therapist and passionate about supporting you to move beyond fear, shame, and self-sacrifice so you can build healthier relationships, trust yourself, and experience greater freedom, confidence, and connection in your life. By leaning into discomfort instead of avoiding it you, will find growth, healing, and a deeper connection to SELF.
