I take great pride in inspiring and motivating children, adolescents, adults + families to live a more meaningful and balanced life. I enjoy teaching valuable coping skills to assist with reducing symptoms and improve overall quality of life. My specialty includes working with children + families who are being impacted by divorce & separation, domestic violence, interpersonal trauma, as well as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more. In times of distress, it is important to have a positive support system to reduce feelings of discomfort. I would like to provide the support for you to become the best version of yourself.
My goal is to assist individuals with developing healthy coping strategies to deal with feelings of distress, as well as to assist parents + caregivers with providing a safe home with appropriate and healthy boundaries. I practice primarily from Trauma-Informed, Cognitive-Behavioural and Dialectical Behaviour perspectives.
Inclusiveness and empowerment are very important to me, and integral to the therapeutic relationship; therefore, I welcome individuals of all ages, sexualities, demographics, and walks of life.
