I am a therapist, educator and consultant with over 37 years of clinical experience with people of all ages. Areas I have expertise in include depression and anxiety, childhood and adult trauma and PTSD, grief and loss, self-esteem, life transitions, spiritual growth, and substance misuse and addictions. I provide services in-person, via phone and online.
