You may feel stressed, overwhelmed, or like you have nobody to talk to. Recovering from traumatic experiences or big emotional swings that make you feel disconnected from your reality. The focus is not about the creative output, but more about the process you engage with while making the art. I am not here to interpret the work, but to engage in a dialogue of what has arisen for you during the art making process, and on reflection. I am here to listen, offer suggestions, encourage, and to hold a safe space while we follow your lead.
Let’s connect with your imagination and guide your mind and body in a nourishing way. Together we will engage in play with writing, poetry, photography, visual arts, dramatic exploration, storytelling, embodied movement, sound exploration and/or nature based arts using a low skill approach. All of the work is based on your needs & curiosities at the moment.
