Welcome. I have been working with individuals and groups in the fields of community-based development, education, health and wellness, and physical rehabilitation for over 25 years. Using narrative, trauma informed, and somatic approaches, I follow the philosophy that people are not their problems, behaviours, or past. I am dedicated in assisting you in relieving the stressors of holding onto stories that do not connect with your true self concept or performance. I spend time connecting and building strong relationships with people, as I believe that trust, communication, and boundary setting are the foundations of relationships.
My therapeutic work has a strong focus on performance, self concept, attachment trauma, intimate partner relationships, clinical mental health, neurodivergence, mind/body connection, grounding/self care, life transitions, power dynamics, and boundary setting. My current interests are focused on researching and supporting women through mid life transitions.
