I help people struggling with compulsive sexual behaviours, pornography use, infidelity, and money addiction (i.e., shopping, gambling, hoarding). Together, we'll explore the patterns driving these behaviours, address the underlying emotions and experiences that keep them going, and develop practical tools for recovery.
