I've worked with a wide range of clients, from youth to adults, and am comfortable with people from all walks of life. Men in particular seem to be attracted to me, and we can certainly delve into men's issues. I'm comfortable in the realm of relationships, attachment theory, and childhood trauma. I'm familiar with codependency, addiction, and the recovery process. I'm quite well-versed in nervous system education, and can support emotional regulation, stress reduction, updating negative thought patterns, overcoming creative blocks, and striking a more harmonious work-life balance. As a dancer for over 20 years, I have a strong connection to the body and to the way emotions and thought patterns express through the body. I'm extremely empathic, and can help guide clients into and through their own feelings, to greater understanding of their own nervous systems, often leading to new clarity and solutions, relief from stress, and beyond.
