Life can be stressful even at the best of times and I’m here to support you through it. I've had the honour of supporting neurodiverse and neurotypical children and adults experiencing trauma, addictions, mental health crisis, and much more. Regardless of background, faith, experiences, identity, etc. I look forward to meeting you where you're at in your journey. As a 2slgbtqia+ ally, I'm passionate about offering support to those who may feel they've had to search harder for it. Furthermore, as someone living with ADH and Mild Tourette syndrome, my lived experience with invisible disabilities informs my practice.

My areas of interest include: Trauma; Addictions; Anxiety; Depression; Attention Deficit Hyperactivity (ADH); Child, Youth, and Family support; Burnout and Self-Care. I can direct bill to the Autism Funding Unit if I am approved as a service provider for your family. Contact Autism Funding for more information.

Age ranges served: Children 7+, teens, and adults. Session Types: individual adults, individual children and youth, families, couples in-person sessions, or virtual.
