I offer individual and family counselling for addiction recovery, trauma, and grief. Drawing on lived experience and clinical training, I provide trauma-informed, family-systems-based therapy that addresses root causes, not just symptoms. My approach integrates evidence-based practice with compassion, empowering clients to heal as individuals and as families
