Hi I'm David, a Nature-based Counsellor. There are times when we can't see the way forward, when we feel all alone, and when the next steps feel way too heavy or scary. I am honoured to walk — or sit, beside you in the struggle of what you're going through. I've worked with individuals, couples & groups through many dark and confusing times, through depression, anxiety, burn-out, grief, addiction, mental health struggles, and more. Sometimes what we need most is a place where we don't have to hold it all together — and from there, things begin to shift — after all, healing and growth are in our Nature.

My whole-person approach honours the Nature within you. You already possess all you need to be at peace, to heal and to grow. My focus is on creating the spaciousness of mind, heart, body and spirit, for your healing nature to emerge. Using evidence-based approaches (IFS, Narrative, somatic work and EFT), we work to restore balance and new possibility.
