I work with adults seeking support for anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, trauma, and other emotional difficulties. My approach is grounded in self-compassion and the belief that how we relate to ourselves and others plays a central role in psychological well-being. I draw from cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, metacognitive therapy (MCT), mentalization-based therapy (MBT), and other evidence-based approaches, tailoring treatment to each client's unique needs and goals. My goal is to help clients develop practical skills while building a more compassionate relationship with themselves.
I hold a Master of Science in Psychology from Lund University, Sweden, and am licensed as a psychologist by the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare. I also have experience providing cognitive assessments, group therapy, and couples therapy.
I provide online therapy to Ontario residents. I work under the supervision of registered psychologists in my role as a Registered Psychotherapist while completing the requirements to become a Psychological Associate in Ontario.
