I offer attachment-focussed and trauma-informed counselling to folks of all genders and orientations. I specialize in working with clients healing from abuse and neglect, and working with fellow members of the queer community.
Experiences in early relationships create a blueprint that informs our ability to build & enjoy healthy relationships in adulthood. Processing the impact of both our family of origin and larger social systems can help unlock our innate capacity to heal and build healthy, integrated, and authentic relationships – both with others and with ourselves.
