Using a variety of techniques, I enjoy working with individuals and couples who are navigating life transitions, need to work through obstacles and opportunities, or who simply want to connect with the people around them in a more meaningful way. Most importantly, I want to foster a safe, supportive counselling relationship with you that helps you find the answers you need to live a full and meaningful life.
Life transitions that I can help you with can include: being in a new or struggling relationship, coming out to loved ones, starting a family, living with depression and/or anxiety, balancing life and work demands, planning/starting a new career, stepping into a leadership role, or transitioning to retirement.
As a person who has lived with stigma and who works extensively with members of diverse and under-served communities, I approach all my clients, regardless of background or circumstance, with openness, acceptance, and non-judgment.
