I am humbled to work with adults experiencing trauma, LGBTQ+ related challenges, depression, anxiety, OCD, relationship challenges, and sexual health challenges, including compulsive sexual behaviours, sexual trauma, and erectile/ejaculation difficulties. Regardless of what led you here, many of my clients seek counselling as a result of being fed up with the way things are. Together we will work to uncover why you feel the way you do, develop tangible strategies to work with rather than against your emotions, and spend time expressing them in ways that will work for you long term.
I centre my work around the therapeutic relationship created in session, and believe that through connection and trust, we can show up to counselling feeling safe and comfortable. I ground my work in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, however I draw on many different modalities, including EMDR, PE, ExRP, DBT, ACT, and EFT.
From a trauma-informed lens, I provide person-centred treatment, individualized for each client. I identify within the LGBTQ+ community and welcome diverse clients of all ages, cultures, genders, sexual orientations and diversabilities.
