For over 7 years, I've worked with adult clients on topics like complex and interpersonal trauma, PTSD, processing loss and grief, anxiety and worries, depression, substance use, self-esteem issues and shame, relationship difficulties, OCD, and others. While not exclusively, I've worked extensively with gay and bisexual men, and queer and trans folks.
I root my practise in trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and intersectional frameworks that I use to map out your concerns. My integrative approach uses emotion-focused and humanistic, cognitive and behavioural models. Together, we can explore your emotions, address thoughts & behaviours, and create new ways of being, in a safe and welcoming environment.
