I provide a warm and quiet place for you to uncover the wisdom in your life. The struggles we face are opportunities to discover new horizons of meaning, perspectives that give way to purpose. I believe in building trust and rapport in the therapeutic relationship, so that each client can claim their healing and forge their paths forward. I work with those who struggle with climate anxiety and grief, bereavement and loss, stress and anxiety, life transitions and self-esteem issues. I also work with couples who struggle to change negative patterns in their relationship.

Through mindfulness practice, I help clients relate to themselves in ways more gentle and spacious. Where negative patterns and emotions are rife, I draw on techniques that help clients identify and replace unhelpful habits. I also work with dreams and memories as a way to gain insight into clients' struggles.

Each person who goes to therapy already has the capacity within them to reach wholeness. I am here to walk alongside those who trust in the inherent wisdom within life's challenges.
