In my therapy practice, I specialise in supporting couples, families, parents, and individuals to thrive in new communities. I take a culturally sensitive and collaborative approach to help you hold on to the values that are important to you from your homeland, and be able to let go of those values that are no longer serving you and your family.

I offer a safe place to learn new skills and move forward. My background as a pastor and psychotherapist, and my life experience as someone who has migrated with my family, contributes to my ability to support you.
