You may look like you have it all together - responsible, caring, capable - while inside, something feels heavy or unsettled. Perhaps you’ve spent years trying to understand yourself and your patterns, through therapy, personal growth, or your own reflection. Yet some things still feel stuck. I’m particularly interested in working with people navigating current or past trauma, relational wounds, and the experience of being a “relational nomad” - those who’ve often felt different, unseen, or somehow out of place in their relationships, families, communities, or faith.
I offer experiential, relational therapy for trauma, attachment wounds, and the patterns that shape how we relate to ourselves and others. My work is especially suited to those who have already done some therapy or personal work and are looking to move beyond insight and explore something deeper.
You don’t need to arrive with anything figured out. We can slow down together, get curious about what’s happening beneath the surface, and make room for what has been harder to reach on your own. I bring warmth, honesty, humour, and genuine curiosity to the process, and I’m not afraid of the messy or complicated parts of the work.
