I am a therapist who brings a spirituality informed and client centred perspective to my practice. I seek to help those who are struggling to make sense of the world they are living in and to guide them to a better place. I offer a supportive non-judgmental 2SLGBTQ+ safe space where you can explore the causes of your worries and why the world seems so harsh towards you. I am a trauma informed practitioner, who wants to provide support and assistance for those who experience mental pain regardless of the cause, offering a welcoming space and a kind shoulder to lean on.
I am an EMDR trained therapist and work with CBT, DBT and other therapies as appropriate for my client's needs. I work with people having anxiety, depression, PTSD and other traumas. I also help people with communication and relationship problems
I am a member of EMDR Canada as well as the Ontario Mental Health Professionals Association and an associate member of the Canadian Association of Spiritual Care. I look forward to helping you on your journey through life.
