I work with people who feel stuck or conflicted about change, often around alcohol, substance use, sexual behaviours, depression, or other areas of life. You might look like you’re holding it together on the outside, but inside, things feel heavier than they should. Maybe you've been telling yourself you'll deal with it tomorrow, or that it’s not bad enough to need help. Many people I work with aren’t sure what the “right” answer is, but they know something isn’t working anymore. I offer a practical, shame-free space to help you sort through it and move forward.
I support goals that fit you, whether that means cutting back, taking a break, or stopping behaviours altogether. We focus on understanding what’s driving things, developing shame-free, practical ways to handle urges, and building a life more aligned with what matters to you. I also bring lived experience in long-term recovery.
Talking about these issues can be difficult, especially if you've been carrying them on your own for a while. I'm very comfortable having conversations about addiction, sexual issues, and other concerns that can feel difficult to discuss. My approach is non-judgmental and shame-free. Together, we can explore what meaningful change might look like for you.
