I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the CRPO. I focus on trauma, anxiety, depression, stress/burnout, self-esteem, self-exploration/growth, and grief. I am also a certified Prepare & Enrich Facilitator for pre-marital and marriage counselling. With my different approaches and trainings, I support clients as they learn to develop healthy relationships and effective coping skills that can help them live a more meaningful life. I meet clients where they are at and help them move along their healing journey. We as humans are all unique, therefore treatment will be tailored to the specific client.
I strive to create a safe, trusting, inclusive, and non-judgemental space where you can feel comfortable sharing your experiences with me. I am passionate about helping people from a holistic, trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and person-centered framework. Focusing on the whole individual (mind, body, and soul), I take an integrative approach.
