I work with clients with such challenges as sexual and relational trauma, grief, intimacy and relationship challenges, life transitions, and other concerns. I also support folks with a variety of sex-related concerns, such as low or decreased desire and desire discrepancy, arousal and orgasm difficulties, unwanted pain during sex, performance anxiety, low sexual confidence and self-esteem. The topics of sexual and gender identity, ethical non-monogamy, polyamory, BDSM, kink, fetishes, and others are also safe to explore in session with me.
I offer online and in-person talk therapy sessions tailored to each client's or couple's needs. You can count on being met with empathy and validation in a confidential, judgment-free, and trauma-informed environment. I offer psychoeducation, suggest practical tools, and provide intensive therapy using therapeutic approaches rooted in humanistic theory.
My own journey in therapy inspired me to be a counsellor myself and help others reach their full potential.
