I work with couples, families, and individuals facing various mental health concerns to find solutions that fit within their path to healing. I bring a calm, understanding presence to my work to help clients feel seen and heard in their difficulty. My hopeful curiosity sheds light on new perspectives and possibilities for clients who feel stuck in their situation. I have experience treating clients with issues of depression, anxiety, grief and loss, infidelity, relational issues, parenting, blended-family issues, life transitions, career guidance, as well as other mental and relational health issues.
My clinical training in Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy and Dialogic Therapy, along with a growing knowledge base of the brain and the body allows me to leverage various therapeutic approaches to best serve my clients.
I have a graduate degree in Couples and Family Therapy. I have helped people recover the closeness and connection in their relationships while working through the issues that threaten to pull them apart.
