The client-therapist relationship will expose deeply-rooted beliefs about yourself, the world, and others that might be holding you back. Through confronting and processing these beliefs I can help you to live more fully and authentically.
My professional background is in addiction, poverty and social justice. I work with oppressed groups, and recognize the impact that oppression can have on your self-concept. In our individual society, there is no greater sign of strength than being able to reach out for help.
