Life can bring unforeseen deviations. Relationships fall apart; failure; depression; anxiety and disappointments can occur at an time. My specialization is individual, couples, family, and youth counselling, and I offer flexibility in scheduling. I come from an integrative approach when assisting clients and believe in honoring the dignity of all people and the inherent value of an individual’s story as it unfolds. I specialize in faith-based violence and religious oppression that can happen to individuals through organizations and family systems.
I have 20+ years of working with individuals whose lives are informed by their faith. I have experience in supporting those who have had a crisis of faith or who have suffered from anxiety, depression, and issues related to interpersonal relationships.
I am open and available for online, in-person, or phone sessions and have a flexible schedule. I believe every person has dignity and value and I will endeavor to assist you in any way I can.
