Friendship Groups for Humans Online is an affordable support of online peer groups where we practice relationship skills together each week. We practice loving kindness, gratitude, vulnerability, mindfulness, self-care, compassion and self-compassion while connecting with each other in meaningful ways. Other topics include forgiveness, boundaries, and more. This is a light and cheerful group that also connects deeply and meaningfully as we talk about our lives and apply the topics we are exploring. We are open to surrounding neighbours.

Introverts need human connection too. Experience the support of being in a group where your sensitivity and need for space is seen and understood. This is not group therapy, this is an affordable peer-support group for feeling better together to support your journey. It can be a challenge reaching for the support we need, join a group of fellow introverts as we share about our lives and explore a wellness topic each week. A schedule will be announced when a hosting location is found. Price will increase to cover costs if there is a fee for the location.
