Modern life offers unique challenges to our children, our relationships, and where we are often last to focus, ourselves. If you are currently overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, depression, ADHD, neurodiversity, grief, addictive behaviors, anger, or by something you feel guilt or shame about, you are not alone. We all find ourselves struggling at times, even questioning the daily reality and meaning of our lives as men, women, and non-binary people. Shining some light on these topics can be so very helpful. I provide a warm, judgement-free, safe and private space for you to share, to explore yourself, to reflect, and to heal.
I enjoy assisting my clients to uncover, discover, and discard old ideas keeping them from being and living their best lives. I work within a client centered framework and am currently training in TA, a psychodynamic model. My experience is that reflecting on the past can provide clarity and understanding of our very specific challenges.
