Stress and anxiety can be quite debilitating at times. I am certified as a Spiritual Psychotherapist, Traumatic Incident Reduction facilitator as well as trained in D.B.T., C.B.T. and N.L.P.. I have over 15 years experience in providing mental health support. My previous background was in Nursing beginning in 1982.
I would like to provide guidance to you, to work towards being able to easily manage these challenges-whether that involves making new choices and decisions, adapting current coping skills that are no longer effective or becoming more self-aware of what current and future goals and needs are.
It is proven one can suffer from symptoms of P.T.S.D. from an incredibly stressful, frightening or distressing event-either experienced or witnessed. I had witnessed a traumatic event at the age of 3 and successfully sought therapy for responsive/triggered thoughts and feelings while in my 30's.
