I work from a person-centred, trauma-informed foundation drawing on CBT, emotion-focused therapy, and Lifespan Integration for trauma. I believe you already hold most of your own answers — my job is to ask the questions that help you find them. I have 30 years of clinical experience. RCC, RSW, ACS.
