For over twelve years, I have worked with children, teens adults, and families who are struggling with ASD, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, ODD, emotional regulation and difficult relationships. I also specialize in family and couples therapy related to co-parenting, communication, emotional disconnection, blended families and amicable separation. I use a holistic, integrative approach while incorporating CBT, DBT, ACT, Emotion-Focused Therapy and Gottman. I offer hands-on activities, collaborative exercises, play and art therapy to support clients who may need more than talk therapy alone.
