Hello! My name is Daria. I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor offering virtual services to adults and couples in BC. We all have experiences in life that leave us feeling alone, confused, and misunderstood. Perhaps you find yourself stuck in frustrating cycles in your relationships. Maybe you’re feeling disconnected from yourself. You feel you could benefit from counselling but you’re not quite sure what’s wrong or where to start. Whatever your struggle, we can work together to sit with discomfort and gain insight into the needs and desires you have that can move you toward healing and transformation.
My counselling style is eclectic, specializing in Emotion-Focused Therapy and also drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Solution-Focused therapy. I'm currently offering lower rate EMDR (eyemovement desensitization reprocessing) sessions for a limited time. Contact me for more information.
