You’ve carried a heavy load for a long time—holding it together, pushing through pain, staying strong even when you feel like you’re falling apart inside. No matter what you do, it never feels “enough.” You second-guess yourself, replay conversations in your head, and sometimes wonder if you’re the problem. The people around you might not even notice how much you’re struggling because you’ve become so good at hiding it. Inside, though, it feels heavy—like you’re stuck in a loop of self-criticism, sadness, or emptiness that you just can’t shake.
I bring experience from working as a Lead Psychotherapist in a forensic mental health department, where I supported some of the most complex and challenging cases in Ontario. That means I don’t shy away from difficult situations—I know how to sit with people in their hardest moments and help them find a way forward.
At the same time, I offer warmth, compassion, and practical strategies that clients can start using right away. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you feel understood while also guiding you toward meaningful change.
