I work with O.P.P., military families, veterans, military members and the general public. Individual and couples counselling are the heart of my practice. I recognize that each individual’s path is distinct, and am committed to providing tailored support that addresses your specific needs. Whether you are facing life transitions, relationship issues, or other challenging circumstances, my goal is to provide a supportive environment for exploration and growth. I work with couples and individuals using Emotionally Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and have training in Sex Therapy and Internal Family Systems.
Self-compassion is at the heart of the work I do. I encourage clients to begin to see themselves differently, with compassion so they can begin to uncover their strengths to see their life with new perspective. Personal development opens us to many emotions, exploring our emotional landscape with brings self-acceptance.
Free 15 minute telephone consultations are available. Direct Billing is available with most insurance companies via TelusPay. Services of RSW/MSW are accepted by most insurance plans.
