About
I work with individuals, couples and families who are looking to make meaningful changes to their lives. I believe that you have the capacity to grow, to heal from whatever may be holding you back, and to connect with your happiest self.
I am a licensed social worker, and couple and family therapist and psychotherapist. I have worked in hospital, health clinic and community settings to support clients in better understanding their thoughts and behaviours, and shifting their mindsets and coping strategies to thrive.
My approach is to provide you with a safe, non-judgmental and supportive space where you can work on better understanding yourself. Together, we can identify what changes will be most helpful for your life and determine the tools necessary to get there. I want you to feel understood, empowered and in control.
