Trauma occurs many ways – abuse, accidents, divorce, death and it can suck the life right out of you. Maybe you’ve had sleepless nights and restless mornings and it does not feel worth it to get out of bed. Maybe you've thought of harming yourself or possibly had suicidal thoughts. Trauma can affect all parts of your life; your relationships, your ability to work, your ability to feel safe and happy. Sometimes you feel like all is well and that you have dealt with it. You feel fine and 6 months later it feels like it just happened, It is possible to get your life back. Reach out, I can help.
I have worked in the helping field since the 80's, mostly in small northern communities helping individuals cope with trauma and grief, often acting as front line first responder as well as follow up clinical care. It has given me many great learning experiences. Sessions can be on the phone, video or face to face, whichever works for you.

Groups
EMDR Interpersonal Processing Group
In group therapy, we are able to harness the power of connection to amplify healing potential of EMDR Therapy. We will work through all 8 phases of EMDR Therapy as a group. Disconnection is the most painful thing we experience and is at the root of suffering. Healing occurs through, and in, connection to others. This is an online group. Wednesdays either 1130 am or 7 pm.
