As a therapist, I am here to provide a different point of view, show up for you and listen without judgment. My therapy style is direct, human-centred, insightful, playful and non-judgmental. I enjoy working with people from all walks of life, particularly in the realm of disordered eating, relationship issues and trauma. If you are struggling in any of these areas and are ready to be challenged (while also being shown kindness), I am the therapist for you!
My practice is grounded in the belief that what is often holding us back from living the life we want to live is a lack of self-compassion. When working with me, you will be challenged to show yourself some kindness, even if you don't believe you deserve it.
My aim is to create a welcoming space where anyone can show up as their whole self without judgment. As a therapist, I believe that people are the experts of their lifestyles, and sometimes, we need someone to show up for us, listen, and provide a different point of view.
