Congratulations on taking the first step in working through your issues to increase your wellbeing. My name is Danny Seto and I am a Registered Psychotherapist, Registered Marriage & Family Therapist and Approved Supervisor, and Certified Couples Therapist. I am a caring, empathetic, and understanding individual who will work with you and your loved ones. I offer a client-centered eclectic approach to counselling that uses a variety of modalities (such as CBT, solution- focussed, narrative, play-based therapy, to name just a few). I would enjoy the possibility of working through your needs at your pace.
Like you, I was on a journey of rediscovering myself through different forms of therapy. I not only offer you "textbook" knowledge, but experience through the struggles that I lived with. Therapy is a journey. To some, therapy may take a few sessions; to others, it may take years. However long it takes, know that you are not alone in this journey.
Through my experiences and qualifications, I encourage you to reach out to me with struggles that you may have experienced that is still affecting you or current struggles.
