My therapy style is predominantly from a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) lens, as I think our core beliefs shape the way we navigate the world. I also incorporate Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) and Narrative Therapy because I believe it can be too easy to be consumed by our problems. I want to cater my therapy sessions to exactly what you need.
I work with teens and adults at the DiveThru Whyte Ave location. I offer in person and virtual.
