I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor in BC and a Behaviour Consultant - a Doctor of Education (Teaching and Learning), M.Ed. (Educational Psychology and Special Education), a B.Ed - Ontario and BC Certified Teacher, a B.A. in Psychology. I have 35+ years of experience. I specialize in learning, behavioural and developmental challenges - including Autism Spectrum Disorders. I help parents deal with parenting and family issues, work with families in my office, on Zoom, and consult in schools. I also conduct intensive family intervention sessions. I use ABA (Applied Behaviour Analysis) and CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy).
I am a specialist in ASD. I work with children and families in my office and online, as well as liaise with schools. I work with the whole family in all aspects of family life and assist families to function more effectively.
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor in BC, a Behaviour Consultant and a certified teacher in two provinces - Ontario and BC. That experience helps me to work with families and to liaise with schools. My practice encompasses working with children AND families in my office in West Kelowna, online and in schools.
