I have worked with clients facing a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, substance misuse, ADHD, personality disorders, relationship challenges, life transitions, and in between. I work with them to determine what their goals are and how I can best support them in achieving those goals.
I use a variety of therapeutic approaches as each client is different. I work from a trauma informed lens and focus on client strengths, building upon those strengths. I have been using cognitive behavioural therapy throughout my career and have training in solution focused brief therapy and emotion focused family therapy.
