If you have ever been told you are "too emotional, too sensitive, too much, or too quiet" or you find your emotions take the lead in conversations and relationships we would likely work well together! I am a holistic and relational therapist and I honour and appreciate how difficult it can be to reach out for help when we are feeling our most vulnerable. I offer a warm and compassionate space to be curious about thoughts, emotions, and insights without judgement or bias. In my practice I provide a place to process the past, explore the present, and plan for the future.
As well as other therapeutic approaches, I have successfully completed Level 1 and 2 of Attachment Focused EMDR, EFT 1 and 2, and IFS. Areas I am particularly passionate about are women's mental health, disordered eating, anxiety, stress, trauma, PTSD, introversion, religious trauma, self-confidence, relationships, and identity.
I provide a free consultation via phone. This is a time for you to ask me any questions about my practice and to explore what your hopes and goals are for the counselling journey. I offer 60-75 minute weekday sessions. My rate is $175/session and is covered by extended health benefit plans.
