Hello! So grateful to have you here and hopeful to be a part of your healing journey! My name is Danielle Cyrenne. I am a therapist, paediatric sleep coach & founder of Nest Haven Family Wellness. I am no stranger to the complexities and pressures that are present in parenthood & families and how we are simultaneously working against our own vulnerabilities & wounds WHILE trying to achieve the best version of ourselves. I've had the privilege of working with individuals across all ages and stages, but my true passion lies in supporting families to thrive- whether that be working with you, your couple, or your child!
I offer individual, couples, and family counselling to children, teens, adults, and parents, with the goal of enhancing the health of everyone within the family unit. In addition to counselling, I'm excited to introduce social connection opportunities for mamas and groups dedicated to addressing barriers that families often face.
My work emphasizes the individuals who nurture and shape our future- those who build the nest & make the people. Recognizing that our wounds, strengths & vulnerabilities influence our parenting styles, interactions and- in turn- our families.
