Most of us think we can do it on our own, but its normal to need some guidance and support from time to time. I work with adults and youth looking to understand themselves more deeply, feel more emotionally regulated, and make meaningful, sustainable change in their lives.

I offer a collaborative, down-to-earth space where we can explore your challenges together. I draw on CBT, EFT, and trauma-informed, harm-reduction practices to support your goals. My approach is respectful, client-centered, and tailored to what matters most to you.
