Welcome, Bonjour. I’m Danièle (Elle/She/Her). I am passionate about helping others learn to access and connect with their inner resources and innate sense of safety. In turning towards their felt experiences, I've witnesses patients cultivate a deep trust in their bodies and being. This understanding can lead to more depth and connection, in relationships and in all aspects of life. My areas of focus include anxiety, Complex- PTSD and perinatal mental health.

Curiosity and compassion guide my approach to therapy. I help guide in understanding the nervous system from the bottom-up, how our biology impacts our felt experiences, thoughts and emotions as well as how we view the world and ourselves . By building clearer pathways towards safety and connection, we can navigate life with more wonder, joy and ease.

The counselling modalities worked with include Internal Family Systems, Somatic Mindfulness, Attachment-based therapy, and compassionate inquiry. All counselling services are available in English and French. Approved FNHA, VAC, CVAP and ICBC provider across BC.
