Welcome, Bonjour. I’m Danièle (Elle/She/Her). I am passionate about helping others learn to access and connect with their inner resources, particularly when faced with uncertainty and adversity. In turning towards their felt experiences, I've witnesses patients cultivate a deep trust in their bodies and being. This understanding leads to more spaciousness and connection, in relationships and in life. My areas of focus include anxiety, Complex- PTSD and perinatal mental health.

My approach is grounded in curiosity and compassion. I help guide in understanding the nervous system from the bottom-up, how our biology impacts our felt experiences, thoughts and emotions as well as how we view the world and ourselves . By building clearer pathways towards safety and connection, we can navigate life with more wonder, joy and ease.

The counselling modalities worked with include Internal Family Systems, Somatic Mindfulness and Attachment-based therapy, from a Polyvagal informed lens.
