As a Registered Psychotherapist, I am focused on helping individuals with complex trauma or childhood adversity navigate their healing with compassion and deep understanding. My approach is informed by tried and tested trauma research and grounded in body-based and relational approaches. I believe that trauma is not just a cognitive experience but also a deeply embodied one. My work integrates somatic awareness, nervous system regulation, and parts work to support comprehensive and lasting change.
I draw from attachment-based, emotion-focused, and psychodynamic therapies, as well as parts work, to create a safe and attuned space where every aspect of you is welcome. I work with clients experiencing dissociation, chronic dysregulation, and early attachment wounds, helping them reconnect with their true self and cultivate a sense of internal safety.
In our work together, we will move at a pace that feels safe for you. I will tailor our sessions to your unique needs, helping you build regulation skills, deepen self-connection, and heal from past wounds in an empowering and sustainable way.
