Hi I'm Daniel - I'm a mens therapist specializing in mens issues. I know what it’s like to feel alone, depressed about the future, and overwhelmed. Between wars, economic issues, and everyday life, it's a lot. In my own therapy, I learned how important it is to have someone in the water with me. I work with people navigating relationships, anxiety, and depression, and those who feel boxy "clinical" therapy isn’t for them. I work from a holistic lens, taking your mind, body, and spirit into what might help you best (I also see women and couples!)
We’ll explore the big “what” and “why” questions in your life with authenticity, kindness, and a bit of humour, because healing shouldn’t feel cold or clinical! Whether we’re talking about life through the lens of your favourite shows, experiences, dreams or just figuring out how to survive the chaos of life I’m here to make sure you feel seen and heard.
